Our event photography pricing is based on several factors, including the photographer’s experience, the total hours of consecutive event coverage, and the post-production work required after the event. Every assignment includes professional image culling, color correction, and editing to ensure your final gallery reflects the highest quality standards. Clients receive complimentary usage rights to all delivered photographs, providing the flexibility to use the images for marketing, promotional materials, social media, internal communications, and future event needs.
Depending on the location and scope of the event, additional expenses such as meal per diem, travel mileage, airfare, parking, or other transportation costs may apply. For events that require very early morning starts, late-night coverage, or multi-day schedules, prepaid hotel accommodations may be necessary to ensure reliable service and optimal photographer performance.
Our goal is to provide a seamless experience from start to finish. Following your event, all images are carefully reviewed, organized, and professionally edited before delivery. Final image galleries are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, allowing you to quickly share and enjoy your event photographs. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, reliable communication, and stunning imagery that captures the energy, professionalism, and memorable moments of your event.
