About our Founder
Our owner, Tim Mosholder, founded Monarch Event Photography in 2010. With more than 25 years of professional photography experience, Tim brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to every event. In addition to Monarch Event Photography, he also owns a portrait and wedding photography studio established in 2002.
Originally from Western Pennsylvania, Tim spent eight years living in Southern California before relocating to Denver. In the mid-1990s, he worked in the Corporate Events & Travel Services division at the National Broadcasting Company in Burbank, California. During that time, he worked on-location at dozens of events, ranging from small corporate meetings to major productions such as the Super Bowl XXXII in 1998.
Tim has extensive experience working with talent—including celebrities, actors, and musicians—within the entertainment industry. He is known for performing his work with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
In 1998, Tim and his wife, Jennifer, moved to Denver, Colorado. They have one son, Dylan.
